  • New Patient Appointment Requests

If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please request an appointment by clicking below. You will be prompted to complete a pre-screening form which helps determine whether this practice will be a good fit for your clinical needs.

Upon review, you will receive an email from Dr. Furey inviting you to schedule a 10-minute introductory call to further discuss your treatment goals. If for any reason this practice cannot accommodate your treatment needs, Dr. Furey will do her best to provide additional referrals or resources in the community.

You will also be invited to store a debit/credit card on file using the secure payment gateway. This card will not be charged until after you speak with Dr. Furey directly and only with your verbal permission. Your card will only be charged the initial consultation fee to secure the first 90-minute appointment if you are an out-of-network patient. No initial consultation fee is charged up front for patients covered by Magellan insurance for Yale Health Plan members.

Appointment requests will typically receive a response within 2 business days (excludes weekends and federal holidays). However, please be aware that response time may vary depending on provider availability and demand for services.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be invited to register for the HIPAA-compliant electronic patient portal and complete intake forms. Please note that all intake forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation.
